COme and Join us!
Yes, our profiles are as cool as depicted, but that doesn't mean we should be intimidating!
-Who are we?
We're an afterschool team dedicated to the art of presentation and speaking! In addition to honing our own speaking skills for school presentations we compete with other schools in local and state tournaments .
-Where do we meet?
After school every Tuesday at Shenedehowa High School east in Rm 221 (this is subject to change so check the announcements).
-What should I expect?
Hard work and non-stop fun! Both our teacher advisers and captains are dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere to make all of our members solid speakers. Like any other team "sport" we expect commitment from our members, we take fun seriously. :) Also, please take note that members are expected to help bring judges to local tournaments. A more detailed listing can be found in the Team Constitution.
-How can I join?
Come to one of our informational meetings or any of our monday meetings, we're always looking for new members to join.
-Who can I talk to?
Anyone! Find one of us in the halls, we'll be glad to tell you more or answer questions. For more detailed information contact Mr. Rider at <[email protected]> , Mrs. Jackson at <[email protected]> or Julia Krupski at <[email protected]>.
